Products from the Outlet category are excluded from the right of return!
Products in the Outlet section are TM parts offered by our affiliated TM dealers. Shipping for these items is in most cases handled directly by the respective dealer, which means your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
For these products, Cross-Shop acts solely as a sales platform and is not the selling party. For any questions, warranty claims, or complaints regarding Outlet products, please contact the relevant dealer directly.
